Position: Associate - Customer Support Domestic Telecom Back Office Process at Tech Mahindra (BSG Division)
Eligibility:
Any Graduate
Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English & Tamil or Telugu or Malayalam or Kannada (English + Any 1 Regional Language)
Should have minimum 1 year of work experience in any industry (service certificate / experience letter is mandatory)
Role is to provide e-mail correspondence support to Customers along with Close Looping & Service Request Closure as and when required.
Work Location is Tech Mahindra, Near Ambattur Telephone Exchange, Ambattur, Chennai
Skill Set:
Relevant Experience in written communication / email processes in any industry
Good comprehension & interpretation skills to understand customer issues / complaints and respond in accordance
Adaptive, ready to learn, contribute and deliver consistently under pressure
Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with people from a wide range of backgrounds, ages and temperament
Excellent skills on MS Word & Excel
Good Typing Speed
Customer Oriented bent of mind with good analytical skills
