Contract Position till Jan 31, 2015(extension based on performance)

SHIFT TIMING: 8.00 PM to 5.30 AM 

LEAVE POLICY:  2 days off per week(Rotational)

TRAINING and JOINING:  Training with stipend will be provided for selected candidates.

LOCATION:  Location Chamiers Road, Chennai

KEY SKILLS:

Good English Communication (Verbal & Written)
Typing minimum - 30 WPM with accuracy
Career commitment, basic knowledge in customer service
Sales skills NOT needed
Technical skills NOT needed

TIPS FOR PREPARATION:

1. Brush up your grammar and communication skills
2. Visit FAQ section of eCommerce websites like Amazon.com, Zappos.com and get a fair understanding of how customer service works in different scenarios.
3. Visit RediSolve.com and collect information about the company.
4. Please plan approximately an hour at our centre for these evaluations.

0-2 years experience in Customer Support
Open to work in night shift
