Problems, Network related complaints.

Installation and configuration of MS Windows, MS Office XP/2007,

Lotus Notes, Internet Explorer, Antivirus.Good Interpersonal skills & customer support attitude

good in LAN troubleshoot

Freshers are not allowed / this is only for Experienced candidates/ not for freshers

Open position is : Desktop Support Engineer with 6 months to 2.5 years of experience

Qualification : Any thing is considered
