Job Description:

Identify market / customer opportunities and decide on channel / distributor strategy.
Identify and evaluate distributors profiles and appoint and manage them.
Train distributors sales / technical support teams on products & customer support.
Aid and track ultrasound trials ensuring customers receive the products and are trained well.
Following TDL (trial, demo, loaner) lists for the ultrasound product line and confirming with the distributors to follow up.
Ensuring Accutome resources are current and accessible.
Interact with customers to ensure appropriate product support and experience.
Define and establish a system for adequate after sales technical support for customers and coordinate with Accutome technical team as required.
Coordinate with distributors on orders to Accutome and supplies to customers.
Coordinate on any payment outstanding from distributors.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG - Post Graduation Not Required
Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required
Sound experience and understanding in handling electronic products, especially monitors and module assemblies, and installation with related equipments.
Hands-on approach to product technical support and installation.
Good communication to impart product and technical training to distributors / customers.
Understanding of the medical equipment industry is highly preferred.
Understanding of managing customer experience.
Ability to understand customer and market opportunities and potential.
Experience in working with channel members, especially distributors.
Exposure to working with international teams and support.
