The Candidate should be responsible for the Operations focusing primarily on the Customer Satisfaction. He / She should be able to provide workstation support like Installation of various softwares on desktops, servers/Network configuration (Level-1), User ID management, troubleshooting on Mail (outlook), Monitoring and updating Virus updates in desktops and server and responsible to meet the Service Level Metrics. He / She should be able to provide Level 2 support on Hardware/OS/Software related incidents.
