We have an urgent opening for the position of Customer Service Executive - Inbound Process

Experience:- 0 to 5 years Experience

Educational Qualification:- Any Graduate (Must)

Languages Known:-  English, Hindi, any Regional language

Interview Date : 29th September to 4th Oct'14

Time : 10 AM to 5 PM

Job Role :

Information

1.Enter customer information and process service transactions.
2.Identify and escalate priority issues, route calls to appropriate resource
3.Follow up customer calls where necessary
4.Complete call logs
5.Effectively deal with job stress, angry callers, and upset customers
6.Use the most appropriate way to communicate with different behavior types on the telephone.
7.Apply the elements of building positive rapport with different types of customers over the phone.
8.Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations.
9.Apply appropriate actions to effectively control a telephone call.
10.Meets commitments to customers and organization
11.Other duties as assigned.
12.Display Time flexibility towards shifts as per work floor requirements.
