Job Description:

We are hiring a customer service professional for handling outbound/ Inbound calls & live chat. 

> Night Shift matching US Central Timezone
> Good Communication skills with fluency in spoken English
> Work from home options available
> Highly self motivated, willing to learn and quick adaptation to new processes within less Stime frame. Able to think creatively and structure solution
> Work closely with the development and testing teams, underlining the quality issues, sharing constructive customer feedback and suggesting ways for improvement

1) Calling & receiving calls from the customers
2) Handling the escalations & resolving their queries
3) Interacting with customers by call and emails, online chat
Salary:INR 1,50,000 - 4,00,000 P.A
