Job Description:

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The candidate will be a team-oriented individual with proven experience in providing end user technical and functional support in troubleshooting the areas in HR (Time & Labor and Payroll), Materials Management (Procurement), Project Systems, Security, and Financial/Controlling (Accounting) within Oracle EBS and/or SAP. Candidate will have a working knowledge regarding segregation of duties relating to security roles and management. Experience with GRC for Oracle EBS and/or SAP a plus. Uses experience and problem solving skills to develop and improve processes. May provide guidance to less experienced team members. The candidate must be self-motivated, demonstrate time management skills, and work independently with minimal direction. Excellent communication skills are required to interface with a wide range of internal and external customers in solving complex end user problems. Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 5+ years of experience.
  
SPECIFC DUTIES:

Prioritizes, solves and escalates trouble tickets to meet service levels and user expectations.
Acts as a third level support resource to solve complex ERP problems in two or more of the above areas of concentration.
Ensures continued service delivery for end users by monitoring and addressing routine and complex tickets per company procedures.
Recommends and conducts training for team members as required.
Provide input to the Audit process as required.
Furnishes reports as required upon request.
Participates in the ERP change control meetings as required.
Ensures established processes, procedures and standards are followed and makes improvement recommendations.
Develops and maintains clearly written documentation.

 QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Strong customer service and management skills when working with clients and internal customers.
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft PC operating systems.
Working knowledge of EBS and/or SAP printing environments.
Demonstrated knowledge of role based security in an ERP environment.
Understanding of workflow methodologies in an ERP environment.
Thorough knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance concepts and practices.
Full understanding of governance, risk, and compliance concepts and practices.
Demonstrated knowledge of networking protocols and topologies including LAN/WAN.
Proven time management skills
Established organizational skills, as well as strong written, oral and presentational communication abilities in order to work with all levels of staff, including management
Demonstrated ability to work in matrix team environments
