Liaison with all govt bodies. Should have good communication skills both written and verbal. Should be flexible to work schedules and travel between various locations in Chennai. Driving 2 wheeler is
mandatory, Good Negotiation skills, Should have knowledge in R&M and manage the team, set goals, evaluate performance, generate relevant reports.
