Job Description:

Initiate contacts with the database given.

Fix appointments and update to sales

After meeting on the appointments by the respective sales person. Send quotations on behalf of sales, if required

Follow up of clients.

After booking received from Clients, Update to Docs for processing the booking

Send schedules( tentative /transhipment) to clients on regular basis

Regular mails to clients updating the current situations of Port/Rate increase etc...

Co ordinate with docs / ops and update to clients on shipment status

Receive Buy & Sell rates from docs and obtain permission from concerned departments, if any rates vary apart from the rate accepted previously, Update sales with copy to respective heads

Pre Alerts to be sent after the confirmation from respective heads.

Prepare weekly reports based on quotes sent/clients met by sales/intro sent with conversion levels to respective heads 

Salary:INR 1,75,000 - 3,00,000 P.A
