Role Title:

Systems Sales Manager
Role Description:
Key Goals:
- To create specification for Building Control Solutions (BCS) and drive conversion in the North market.
- To engage and expand Channels in assigned geographies for generating sales.
- To implement agreed Annual Operating Plan which will meet the business goals.
- Work with the sales and support teams for achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation and long-term goals in line with company's vision and values.

Key Deliverables:

- Manage Territory and Account, Execute plans and Strategies
- Manage Customer Relationships and Account Development
- Execute customer specific pursuit plans and annual customer facing business reviews
- Drive Growth in the form of new opportunities at existing sites
- Achieve Revenue and margin above set quota in support of Annual Operating Plan
- Responsible for Accurate forecast of revenue and growth opportunities in region / segment

Key Responsibilities:

Business Relationships: Develop and sustain long term customer relationships; Establish these relationships while engaging customers at all levels including senior levels in customers organization. Early engagement in the customer buying process through diagnosing customers needs and tailoring solutions to match their needs.
Sales Process: Manages the day to day and strategic sales activities: maintaining a balanced approach to superior customer service and strategic account planning; quarterly results and long term account goals. Identifies new sales opportunities and focuses on providing consultative support by building value propositions for solutions into the account. Manages and build customer contacts.
Customers: Increase presence in Trade Market through effective Channel Management. Ensure active engagement of key channels. Identify and appoint new Channel and Dealers in assigned territory as required.

B.E./B.Tech. Electrical / Electronic or equivalent qualification

4-10 years
