Job Description:
This is a key customer support role and will require the person to work in different schools for short periods of time. The job involves extensive travelling initially within Chennai and subsequently in Tamil Nadu and other states. The key responsibility of the person is to support the teachers to
1. Successfully trial/use our software program and all its features by training the teachers on our software and closely monitoring usage in the school and reporting both to senior managers of the company and the principal.
2. The success of this position will be evidenced by schools using our program regularly and over 85% renewal of contract to continue usage.
Training and Knowledge
While IT background is not necessary it is desirable. The software is very user and teacher friendly and the person would be required to learn the features in-depth and become the expert and point of contact on the softwares usage in schools.

Education: UG - Any Graduate
PG - Any Postgraduate
Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required
Either IT or Engineering Background with minimum 1 year of experience or a Tech Savvy teacher with min 2 years of teaching experience.
Confidence, Ability and Intelligence to converse with School Principals and teachers on our Software Features.
Excellent English speaking communication and report writing skills
Highly Assertive and Organised
Excellent Time Management (Maintenance of deadlines and milestones during trial).
Own Vehicle and willingness to travel extensively between schools.
Quick learner ability to familiarise oneself with the Maths and English Wiz product, and its features.
Some experience in training desirable
Technically Savvy teachers with extensive teaching experience and who have used e-learning in schools will be highly regarded.
