B.E/ B.Tech /Degree / Diploma with strong knowledge in Networking & OS concepts

Experience : 0 - 3 yrs 

Prior Exp from an International Technical Support (Voice) process is mandatory 

Must have outstanding written and verbal English communication skills

Willing to work in shifts

Work Location : Ambattur Or Perungalathur

Salary : Negotiable

Job Description:

Handling US customers and providing technical support

Completely responsible for troubleshooting Network & OS related issues

Should possess strong knowledge on high-end network concepts

Must meet or exceed individual performance goals and metrics focused on providing superior Business support
