Job Description:

of REINSURANCE BUSINESS HEAD
The Reinsurance Business Head would typically serve as member of senior management and would be required to provide strategy formulation. Should provide leadership for the Companys Reinsurance services.
The Role would also include:

To Strategize and achieve Domestic and International Re Insurance sales targets across multiple product categories both Treaty and Facultative

To drive business growth through forging strategic Tie-Ups and Alliances for Re Insurance Product distribution 

To promote business development initiatives for Customer Engagement, acquisition and promoting high yield product preferences.

To ensure efficient Back Office operations for superior customer experience of the Re Insurance Clients

To oversee analysis and reporting of the company's reinsurance agreements; summarize errors and provide guidance on settlements made.

To administer, manage and continually improve the timing, efficiency, and clarity of accounting, (ad hoc, monthly, quarterly and annual) reporting and auditing for all aspects of reinsurance.

To maintain records while ensuring compliance with all regulatory agency guidelines and standards, including the maintenance of effective required accounting controls.

To emphasize strict compliance with adherence to Risk, Compliance and legal norms.

To review business performance and profitability via a strong and periodic MIS System.

To promote best talent, ensure skill enhancement and develop strong team for the Re Insurance operations

Requirements:

8-10 years of experience into Reinsurance department (sales and operations)

Graduate/MBA with Insurance qualifications preferred (though not a constraint).

Should have worked effectively with Senior-level executives and Top Management.

Must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment.

Capable of communicating with diverse range of individuals

Salary:INR 1,00,000 - 2,00,000 P.A
