Job Description:
To assist Head, Liabilities BBG to set up and develop a dedicated team to acquire and manage New to bank liability customers and closely monitor portfolio performance on an on-going basis.
To design and implement short and long term strategies for acquiring and managing NTB customers.
On board and develop talent by developing a robust training program/process.
Responsible for overall revenues, of wallet and profitability.
Motivate & guide team managers to deliver on key imperatives.
To ensure team engagement, training, attrition control and productivity per resource.
Proactively access the portfolio trends, identify profitable customer segments and put a strategic framework in place by refining sourcing guidelines.
Monitor key performance indicators at an account level and plan for remedial actions to ensure desired profitability level is maintained.
Facilitate medium & environment for sharing of best practices & ideas.
Achieve satisfactory audit rating and ensure recommendations are implemented.
Salary:INR 12,00,000 - 16,00,000 P.A
