Job Purpose
T o generate new business opportunities.Motivate and mentor the team in achieving individual and team targets.Understand SME's market
Duties and Responsibilities:
Team Handling and taking care of Individual as well as team targets and helping team member on their sales calls by accompanying them on joint calls for success of appointment generated by the FSE
Understand the geographical area and SMEs (small medium enterprises) market.
Generation New Leads
Fetching the Data through Internal and External sources
Doing cold calling on the fetched data and generating new leads
Closing New Sales Contracts
Fixing appointment from the New lead generated, meeting with the client and understanding the need of the client, giving the presentation on the various digital products, giving the presentation on the various digital products
Achieving Sales target by Bringing New Business to Company
Accountable for digital sales revenue generation along with business development
Experience Required:
Having relevant Sales experience of 5 to 7 years in Sales
Candidate from the same industry will be preferred
Candidate Should have bike and laptop &Data cards
Knowledge of Media Sales, Ad sales and Digital product will be an added advantage
Excellent Communication Skill and Convincing skill will be Preferred
Salary:INR 4,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A. reimbursement and incentives
