Job Responsibilities:

Candidates need to have experience in Electrical system operations.

Need experience in UPS maintenance (Candidate must handle UPS of capacity from 40 KVA to 120 KVA)/ AC maintenance / Electrical equipment maintenance like Electrical panels, Wiring, MCB replacement, PAC units maintenance of server room etc.
Candidates should have working experience in MS EXCEL & should be proficient in coordination through mails.
Candidates with working experience in IT industry would be preferred but not mandatory.
Candidate should have very good communication skills to interact with employees, clients and senior management.
Candidate would be required to prepare periodic reports related to facility and security to senior management.
Candidate should have working knowledge in Invoices, Tax, VAT etc.
Any experience in Energy saving in a facility will be highly desirable.
Candidates should have experience handling Electrician team.
Candidate Have knowledge of check list / SOPs related to electrical / Facility.
