Litigation Management

Drafting of all types of Deeds in Real Estate and Property matters

Well versed with the Property Laws , Stamp Laws other connected laws etc.

Liaison with all Government Departments concerned with regard to property matters

Co-ordination with the advocates in Drafting/ filing/follow- up of legal matters & cases

Experience in handling property documents , filing and maintenance.

Working with a sense of integrity and confidentiality

Well versed with working in Computerized environment

Excellent Communication and Drafting Skills

Attitude to solve/ find workable solutions for the problem/issue on hand.
