About Project / Process:
Corporate Communications department is responsible for planning and implementing various communication activities aligned to the organization's objective and roadmap. The department is responsible for communication activities within the organization (known as internal communication) and external communication that includes CSR and public relations.
Key Responsibilities / Deliverables -
Research, generate, create, report and write content on varied organizational topics - articles, news, leadership notes, blogs, press-releases, website content, newsletters, corporate presentations, etc.
Creative copy writing for internal and external campaigns and ads
Create content for social networking sites like Facebook and Linkedin
Edit and proof read all content and copies before getting published
Develop & document procedures to manage internal and external web content
Knowledge on content management systems desirable
Collaborating with team members to develop new content
Serve as an expert resource with respect to writing style, grammar and content structure. Ensure accuracy of written content grammar, fact-checking, brevity, etc.
Interactions -
The job requires extensive interaction with the team and stakeholders including business lines, HR and Corporate Functions.

Must Have Skill(s) with minimum Yrs of Experience:
5-7 years of experience in content and creative copy writing in relevant organizations
Must have a passion for writing user friendly content in simple as well as creative language as required
Excellent writing, proofing and editing skills
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Solid research skills
Ability to work effectively within the team & with different stakeholders
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent Command over English language and the capability to create content in tight schedules.
