You will be primarily responsible for reviewing training modules and course documents that are prepared by subject matter experts (SMEs) and designed by a team of instructional designers, voice over
artists & graphic developers. You will also plays an important role in the quality process and acts as a vital role in ensuring that the end customers receive a product that adheres to the highest quality
standards.
key duties or responsibilities:
Check the overall flow of content from users perspective
Use internal quality guidelines & checklist to identify any deviations
Use an internal system to open tickets based on severity of errors and track it to fix
Ensure consistency within documents and across courses
Interact with Project Managers to resolve issues, implement revisions, and verify information whenever necessary
