Key duties or responsibilities:
 

Supervise teams of QAs & CEs (Content Editors) who carry out the detailed assessment of learning products and their components at different stages of production.
You will be responsible to set productivity & quality standards for the team in line with organization expectations.
You will ensure that employees are aware of quality benchmarks and provide training on standards & best practices. It should aim to make employees responsible for managing their own quality standards.
You will promote a culture of quality & run awareness and reward programs.
You have to ensure the effectiveness of various tools to capture quality data.
You will also report weekly & monthly quality and project wise reports, make presentations along with root cause analysis & corrective and preventive action plans.
Consistently update internal quality guidelines & checklists
Use an internal system to open tickets based on severity of errors and track it to fix
Ensure consistency within documents and across courses
Interact with Project Managers to resolve issues, implement revisions, and verify information whenever necessary
You will also be responsible to play senior editor and creative writer role for adhoc projects.

Job Requirements:


EDUCATION

Bachelor's or Masters degree (Journalism or Mass communication preferred)

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Excellent people management skills
Exhaustive understanding of quality function in e-learning industry
Clear understanding of US and UK language difference in spoken and written English
Creative writing capability
Extremely enthusiastic and problem solver
Eye for details
Meticulous approach to work

EXPERIENCE

A minimum of 5 years of professional relevant experience
Strong knowledge
Excellent MS excel, PowerPoint & word skills (preferably MOS certified)
