Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1.Manage overall performance of the Operations process by providing strategic and Operational leadership, ensuring effective service delivery,
maximum client satisfaction and team management.
2.Negotiate, develop and deliver SLAs and ensure that operational processes and procedures are followed
3.Develop and maintain customer relationships with key Managers.
4.Take overall responsibility for adhering to approved budget for the Operations Process and monitoring of cost and expenses.
5.Ensure effective people management and development, including: staffing & selection,integration of new staff to teams, facilitating technical/ functional training, measuring individual and team performance, providing feedback and managing people issues.
6.Take overall responsibility for adherence to all statutory and legal requirements.
7.Plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating resources and/or revenues from business.
8.Play a significant role in long-term planning, with the view to delivering operational excellence.
9.Run the entire business as a independent profit center.
10.Overall incharge of general administration
11.Formulation and implementation of the systems and internal controls for smooth operations and achieving the corporate goals.

Exposure:
Should have handled a team of 30-40 subordinates
Should have worked with a company of minimum 40-50 Cr turnover
Understanding of govt. rules and statutory requirement of sales Tax and agriculture.
Should have 8-10 yrs of experience in Operations

Experience in managing difficult business situations
Technical Skills:
Understanding of Statutory requirements for business
Excellent command over MS-Office/ERP
Proper delegation of responsibility
Functional Skills:
