Job Description:

a) Marketing and promoting sales of microbial agricultural products in assigned territories.
b) Supervise the activities of marketing officers - guide, train and motivate them to achieve the business targets.
c) Ensuring compliance with government regulations and health and safety standards
d) Keeping an up-to-date knowledge of farming practices, crops, pests and diseases relevant to different crops
e) Executing administrative controls and monitoring of business process including cost control
f) Carry out other assignments as may be needed from time to time.

Person Specification:

a) B.sc / Msc Agriculture
b) Minimum of 10 to 15 years experience in promoting sales of Agriculture inputs with a reputed company.
c) Good communication skills in English as well as local languages. Preferably a localite
d) Willingness to travel and work in any agricultural belt in the country
e) Good Leadership qualities & outcome oriented
Salary:INR 3,50,000 - 5,00,000 P.A
