Job Description:

We are currently looking for a suitable candidate for the position of an Instructional Designer - with a leading consulting firm in Mumbai.

The company is an MNC and one of the top 10 Fortune 500 companies to work with.

ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT / CONSULTANT - FRAUD INVESTIGATION & DISPUTE SERVICES 

Department : Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services (Corporate Integrity) 

Location : Mumbai (1 Position) 

Reports to: Manager 

Key Responsibilities: 

Taking responsibility of work assigned and completion of assignments by co-ordinating with members of his/her team and SMEs. 

She/he will take responsibility for engagements related to Corporate Integrity (Code of Conduct, Whistle Blowing, Sexual Harassment, Anti Bribery and Corruption). In addition, She/he will also support with Internal Service Line Training. 

Experience: 

2 years - 6 years

Required experience in the area of instructional design with a large company (as part or HR or Compliance team), preferably an MNC. 

The desired job responsibilities should include: 

Design critical trainings related to compliance (Code of Conduct, Anti bribery & Corruption, Whistle-blowing ), across levels.

Development of content for trainings mentioned above (both Instructor led as well as web based learning formats) 

Roles / Responsibilities:

Client facing -

          Support with managing client projects related to Training & Development, including: 

o Developing related policies (including templates ), Repository of scenarios etc 

o Proof reading and formatting of documents related to Corporate Integrity 

o Instruction design for training including: 

-Presentation for Instructor led trainings 

-Design Document 

-Facilitator guide 

-Participant hand-outs 

-Activities, case studies, role plays 

-Inclusion of different training methodologies (videos, audios, animation, e-learning (story boarding and creation) 

-Questionnaires and tests

Internal Trainings (for FIDS staff): 

-Coordination with Global FIDS L&D for aligning Indian trainings to global and reporting. 

-Monitoring internal compliance to training requirements and reporting exceptions. 

-Maintaining the Training Database and Reports. 

-Liaising with the Central Team to ensure roll out of the training calendar. 

-Maintain physical records (Feedback and Attendance sheets) .
