Job Description:
Responsible for all duty, customs sales and tax functions, including certification and verification, drawback, and compliance with governmental agencies.
Responsible for the execution of Import/ Export documentation requirements for shipments, which include Letter of Credit shipments, commercial invoices, etc. and data entry for all shipments.
Ensure that all documentation meets Export/import regulations.
Creating strategic plans for carrier contract negotiations, shipment order handling, transportation network modeling, cargo and freight planning, transportation analysis, and order execution and monitoring.
Arrange details of shipments with forwarders, carriers as necessary for Import/ exports.
Produce labels and other documents for domestic shipments.
Responsible for the planning and coordination of enterprise-wide logistics management for both import & export.
Arranges transportation and forwarding services for all orders to ensure material is delivered as per schedule.
Prepare and manage the logistics system to optimize time management.
Responsible for maintaining a record of all outstanding purchase orders with external vendors.
Expedites all critical orders with local subcontract vendors.

Reviews freight rates: air, courier, and land.
Create, direct and modify procedures for the operation of these processes according to the strategy of timely distribution of goods or services to clients or consumers.
