Job Description:
Overall responsible for Planning, Management, Inspection, and Supervision of field of seed production.
Candidate should have seed production experience in field crops, particularly Hy-Paddy, Hy-Maize, & Hy-Jowar; and should also have good knowledge of vegetable seed production.
Execute all growers agreements and timely submission to management and coordinating production planning with finance and product management.
Ensure the company policies adn procedures followed especially relating to production area targets, achieving good quality seed and maintaining and supervision of production staff.
Ensure efficient collaboration adn coordination between relevant departments including procurement distribution and management.
