oParticipating in visualization discussions

oAnalyzing and implementing customer feedback

oFollowing project guidelines and specifications

oFollowing the project plan and pre-defined processes

oTracking own ID productivity and defects

oCoordinating with internal project teams

oIdentifying customers business/learning needs

oSupporting creation of blended and online instructional design solutions (course presentation design and content outline)

oEstimating ID efforts for simple requirements
