Job Description:
Handling & Authorization of all day to day banking Operations
Processing of Loan application Ie Cash Credit, Term Loans, Bill
Discounting, Loan renewals, Preparation of CME data etc
Credit Analysis of Financials, Ration Analysis comments their on ,etc .
Unit Inspections of All types of Manufacturing & Trading Units
Audit compliance
Handling Non fund Based Advances I e Bill discounting, Letter of Credit (Inland and Foreign), Bank guarantee etc
Credit Monitoring and MIS, Post sanctioned follow-up and compliance
Supervise, Monitor and engage the Branch Team which includes Relationship Officer, Service Officer, Branch Operations Manger.
Responsible for Achievement of Branch Budget which includes, CASA numbers, Value, Term Deposit, Assets, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Trinity Accounts and most important is the required head count in place as per the Budget.
Individually acquiring new relationships for the bank, through Referrals and Direct Sales.
Enhancement of existing relationship.
Monitoring of the branch book to have complete control on Attrition and Closures.
Regularly train the team to maintain quality customer experience and constant endeavor to improve productivity.
