Job Description:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Resolve customer complaints via email, chat, or social media.
Act as the company gatekeeper.
Work with Operations Lead to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Maintain Process SOPs
Maintain MISs and report scope of improvement


Major Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be a part of Operations cum online support team. He/she will be primary responsible to take care of Email/Chat Support along with other operational activities as required. Therefore candidates having relevant experience in email and Chat support may apply.

The incumbent having sound knowledge of Cricket / Fantasy Cricket / Rummy with good written abilities will be preferred.
