Analyzing the key performance indicators and their impact on business.
Ensure that delivery is in conformance with defined SLA, targets
Monitor the ongoing quality of processing, trouble shoot problems and identity ways to improve the efficient of processing and the system.
Primary Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Strong inter personal skills with the ability to contribute individually and also collaborate
Knowledge of MS Office excellent MS Excel and PPT skills
Ability to rapidly learn and apply new methodologies
