> Selling product range to applicable customers via phone and email.
> Reviewing regularly customer web sites, advising on best products to list suited to their customer base
> Fully understanding each customer and gaining trust, to effectively sell in and maximise product distribution.
> Actively securing new customers and following up on new online customer leads and enquiries.
> Networking widely to develop and build a new client database.
> Negotiating cost prices and trading terms within policy and company guidelines set.
> Attending trade shows and following up on all leads and converting to new accounts
> Keeping customer account files fully up to date and effectively managing applicable administration
> Working with sales and marketing team to help develop/tailor applicable products that will sell.
