* handeling international customer service/call center , handling inbound or outbound calls.

* Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal

* Team player and positive attitude

* Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks in timelines

* Experience working in a B2C and B2B environment

* Comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment

* Technologically capable - able to quickly learn new things,Strong problem-solving skills.
