Job Description:
Should be a healthcare professional who understands Client requirements for a Project
Execution and implementation of complex and comprehensive network solution projects for a line of client processes.
Focus on developing and deploying tools/ methods/ best practices to drive seamless transitions from clients to I K S while reducing transition costs and timelines.
Min 12 years of experience in Healthcare domain.
Should have managed large healthcare transitions.
Prior role in Operations will be preferred.
Should have hands on experience on working on encounters/accounts/transactions in PP, AR, Billing & Charge Entry functions
Should be a subject matter expert in R C M world
Payer experience/exposure is an added advantage
Healthcare Ops AR + Billing + PP (exposure to front end functions, Charge Entry and credit balance preferred)
