Job Description:
Employee will be responsible to management the Engagement Initiatives for Mumbai while ensuring the processes and policies are adhered too. Lead the team towards achieving the targeted.Attrition rate and ensure the Engagement Calendar is followed as per the schedule.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate teams performance, and share feedback
Ensure the New Hire Engagement process and the
Engagement calendar is followed and upgraded/ updated basis requirement
Keeping a close tab on the attrition % and bring about effectiveness in the EWS accuracy
Work on Low performers and the PIP process
Work on Exit interview Analysis/ Attrition analysis and come up with initiatives to curb attrition
Engage in Employee motivation activities with focus on CSR activities
Work on Process improvement projects on Quarterly basis
Carry out Team members performance review at the regular intervals
Follow the TAT for required activities
Manage and generate reports basis requirements
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Experience, Knowledge, Skills/competencies required (what is expected to be achieved to meet organizational goals)
5 + years of experience in Engagement
Post Graduation in Human Resources preferred
Fundamentals of Computers with typing speed 30+ WPM, sound knowledge about Word Excel and Power Point
Should be comfortable working in Flexible shift timings ( 11 am 8 pm / 1 pm 10 pm)
