Job Description:

We are currently hiring Technical Support Representative (TSR)/Customer Care Executive(CCE) for outbound/Inbound process for Day/Night Shift(S.A./ U.S) on urgent basis. 

As a TSR/CCE a candidate would have to:-

• Provide technical assistance as and when required.

• Clarify customer queries if any. 

• Probe and paraphrase the issues of the customer.

• Assure assistance and use rapport building and empathy techniques to ensure delivery of excellent customer service.

• Be courteous, efficient and quick in providing solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• Good Communication skills with fluency in spoken English.

• High self motivation.

• Team player.

• Qualification: - Minimum 12th Pass.

• Experience: - 0 to 4 years. 

• For experienced candidates 20 to 25% hike from the last drawn salary

• Freshers are most welcome.

• Job Location: - Kolkata.
