Job Description:

We are currently hiring Technical Support Representative (TSR)/Customer Care Executive(CCE) for outbound/Inbound process for Day/Night Shift(S.A./ U.S) on urgent basis.

As a TSR/CCE a candidate would have to:- 
·         Provide technical assistance as and when required.
·         Clarify customer queries if any.
·         Probe and paraphrase the issues of the customer.
·         Assure assistance and use rapport building and empathy techniques to ensure delivery of excellent      customer service.
·         Be courteous, efficient and quick in providing solutions.

We offer lucrative salary plus great incentives plus fooding.

·         Qualification: - Minimum 10th Pass.
·         Experience: - 0 to 4 years.
·         For experienced candidates 20 to 25% hike from the last drawn salary
·         Freshers are most welcome.
