Job Description:
Responsibilities:
•Design, development, maintain of three tier - high performance and scalable enterprise
product in the domain of supply-chain and distribution channel.
•Own feature development, enhancement, production support from conceptualization,
definition through delivery
•Exhibit strong design and development skills
•Should be able to work on multiple applications / projects simultaneously
•Should be self driven in researching and resolving complex challenges faced
Requirements:
Skill requirements:
•3-8 years experience in product development/services domain
•Prior experience with working on fast paced milestones using flexible and adaptive
methodologies
•Strong programming skills, as well as the ability to review complex code bases written by others
•Exposure to web portals and related technologies
•Exposure to open source components for Design, Development, Reporting, Testing for enterprise applications
•Good problem solving skills.
•Ability to understand, analyze and solve both explicit and implicit requirements
Technical Skill requirements
• Good working expertise on Web Services, Spring, Hibernate, Single Sign-On / Identity Management, JMS Messaging, Core Java, J2EE
•Exposure to data modeling and expertise on writing complex queries
• Good knowledge of Object-oriented methodologies
• Exposure to Build tools like ANT
•Exposure to portal technologies such as Liferay, Portlet Spec, Portlets
Desirable Skills:
•Demonstrated expertise in Design Patterns and Applications
•UI Design skills
Required experience and education:
•Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant areas of responsibilities
•Regular Full Time Degree in Engineering or MCA from a recognized university/institute
