JOB PROFILE :

 • Marketing head is the vital post in the branch office of the business and will answerable for any loss and gain of the business to the company.

• To appoint specific number of Sales Development Manager, Sales Officer and Sales Executive in your area according to the rules of the company.

• Imparting training to the employee under you for the growth of the business as per rule of the company.

• lt is the main work to build team for achieving the company target. (opening new showroom and beginning business).

• lt is another work to deposit weekly selling amount in the company and will produce the work to monthly closing report to the higher authority in the stipulated time of every show room.

• To prepare Salary &Commission of the employee and agent under you as per the rule of the company.

• Closing Report of the employee under you and to produce your report to the higher authority every day.

• Marketing Head will be under the Branch manager / General Manager.

Marketing will take the responsibility of the Branch manager when no Branch manager will be available at the branch or was not appointed.
