Job Description:

• Retail Business Development : Achievement of Sales Target ( Weight, Freight etc)
• Add new customers, Retail and grow existing customers
• Daily customer visit for business growth and service support
• Visit and co-ordination with associates for business enhancement, service support
• Sales Campaign: Promotion activities, Event visits / management, new segment development.
• Business Quality Management ( Service, Freight collection, Complain Handling, Customer Satisfaction)

Requirements:

1. Good in Oral/Written Communication Hindi and English.
2. Local Language preferred
3. Must own a bike- Mandatory
4. Min 1 year experience. Fresher not required
5. Should have experience in Core Sales- Front Line
6. Must possess Sales background
7. Candidate must be Graduate. MBA’s not required.
8. Hands on experience on Word/Excel/ PowerPoint. Able to surf net.
9. Should be ready for 6 days /week Field Sales/service calls job.
10. Candidate must be ready to relocate anywhere.
