Job Description:

- To manage the day–to-day planning and Operation
- Preparing SLA’s and SOP’s in alignment with business counter parts and Internal Quality team.
- To manage the day–to-day planning and Operation

- Maximize productivity
- Thrust on quality and accuracy
- Reporting of discrepancies and difficulties met in reaching quality goals or time schedules to the Manager
- Report and distribute management information highlighting areas for improvement and those of concern and opportunity   
- To effectively represent his own in front the superiors and management.
- People Management & Staff Development
- Work closely with the team to understand their Problems and address them
- Monitoring, Coaching and counselling the team members with timely Feedback.
- Supervision of team members.
- Required making decisions on matters to support smooth operations
- Appraise and develop staff
- Performance Appraisal of Team along with the Manager.

-    Meeting the Service Level Agreements
-    Accuracy & Productivity of the team
-    Internal and external customer feedback
-    Planning and organization of work - meeting Turn-around-Time (TAT)
-    People Management (Absenteeism & Attrition)

-    Quality of work - Accuracy
-    Customer relation management
-    Share information, best practice, knowledge management
-    Number of complaints.

Qualification and Experience

-    Engineering Graduate from a recognized University with relevant experience in managing team or process for minimum 2 years

Skills & Qualities:

-    Good communication skills (oral/written)
-    Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Internet Explorer)
-    Excellent interpersonal skills; Team player
-    Should have good leadership & problem solving skills
-    Good presentation skills
-    Analytical thinking
