Job Description:

Taking inbound calls from our US customers
Providing excellent customer service experience
Create PNRs, make reservations, and sell airline, hotels, car rental packages.

Requirements:

Worked/is working in US/UK/International Travel Sales Process for at least an year
Working on Amadeus/Sabre
Knowledge of US geography, airport & city codes
Excellent communication skills
Speaks to the customers and makes Flights, Hotels, Car bookings on GDS
10th & 12th completed from English medium school
