Job Description:-

Accountable for individual sales revenue target (predetermined by the business) .
Understanding and Creating (as and when required) the need of the product for new/prospective customers through gaining confidence and sales.

       To provide tech support to customer regarding their query, for company’s products.
Ability to understand/comprehend the customer's requirements and action accordingly .
Emphasizing on key words, handling objections and using product/service benefits to respond to customers queries .Accurately capturing required customer details (as and when required with prior approval) .
Handling irate/demanding customers - where necessary, in a tactical manner.
Should have sound knowledge of latest/upcoming products/processes services.
Achieve Call Quality requirements as outlined via Call Monitoring Guidelines , excellent growth opportunities.Fare knowledge of Computers & Laptops and Basic Troubleshooting.
