Stress Management Techniques
The stress can be regarded as any physical, chemical or emotional factor that causes the physical or mental disorder which may be a factor in causing disease. Physical and chemical factors that can cause stress include trauma, infections, toxins, diseases and injuries of any kind. Emotional causes of stress and tension are numerous and varied. While many people associate the word stress with psychological stress, researchers and doctors use this term to denote any force that impairs the stability and balance body functions.
 
We have to recognize stress first, Stress symptoms include mental, social and physical manifestations. These include fatigue, loss of / increased appetite, headaches, crying, sleeplessness, and oversleeping. Escaping through alcohol, drugs or other compulsive behavior are often indications. The sense of alarm, frustration, or apathy may accompany stress.
