Job Description:
Position: Sales Support / Operation:
1.Support sales and Marketing team for daily activities such as customer inquiries, assist in new customers creation, NDA, all those on board necessary jobs.
2.Assist in Business analysis to support decision making for management and strategy development.
3.Assist in tracking all business opportunities from quoting stage to won or lost.
4.Assist in preparing sales report on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually basis.
5.Assist in preparing forecasting reporting on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually basis.
6.Assist in preparing database for KPI and compensation calculation.
7.Assist in preparing yearly planning.
8.Assist in migration of manual task to automatic application.
9.Following up with salesperson and other related department on information required to support our daily activities.
10.Any other tasks assigned from supervisor or management
Requirement:
1.Language capability
2.University Academic level
3.3-4 year experiences in sales support, customer service or analysis with business acumen
4.Computer application skills
5.Fast learner and hardworking
